"Paleo 30 day challenge concluded today. Started on Jan. 2nd at 199 lbs, 39" waist (across the belly button) 17 1/2" neck, 24% body fat. Today: 184 lbs, 36" waist, 16" neck, 19% body fat. Can't knock results. When I started Crossfit last April I weighed 220 lbs. today I weigh 184, my Navy weight and I owe it all to Crossfit Norwalk and its amazing trainers, can't say thanks enough for the results my wife and I experienced."                                                                          -Shannon
