Class Descriptions

CrossFit Norwalk is different from the average gym. We program your workouts for you and our certified trainers coach you every time you are here. All you have to do is show up and we will get you in the greatest shape of your life!

6 Week Beginner's Program

Start CrossFit with other beginners in our 6 Week Beginners Program. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 9:30am or 5:30pm. Learn all the basics in a small group. Ask us about other available times!


If you cannot attend the Beginner's Program we offer three private 1-hour sessions that will introduce you to the basic CrossFit movements. Fundamentals sessions are available by appointment.

Test Out

If you have a sports background we will assess your experience and you may be able to join the classes right away. 

CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)

Our constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity workouts will give you complete fitness! Every day the workouts are different!

Personal Training

Not ready for classes? Personal Training is available by appointment.

Personal Training $90/hour

Single Drop-in $20 or 1 Week drop-in $50   (For experienced CrossFitters)
