Death by Strict Pullups
*Every minute must begin with 4 burpees, and then the designated number of reps.
0:00- 4 Burpees 1 Push Jerk
1:00- 4 Burpees 2 Push Jerks
2:00- 4 Burpees 3 Push Jerks
Once you cannot complete the jerks inside of the minute, take one minute completely off, and begin with the strict pullups.
10:00- 4 Burpees 1 Strict Pullup
