Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Pull Ups (kids do ring rows)
Spades = Air Squats (Adults can do kettlebell squats)
Clubs = Sit ups (Adults can hold kettlebell for weighted sit ups)
Joker = 1 lap Bear Crawl
