N'Sync (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
Rx+=Complete as a partner WOD
AMRAP 20
6 Deadlifts 255/175 (Rx+ use 1 bar, 6 reps each)
9 Bar-facing Burpees (Rx+ Synchronized over same bar!)
9 Pull- Ups (Rx+ Synchronized!)

Rx+=Partner up and do burpees & pull ups IN SYNC. Use one bar for DLs and burpees. (6 DLs each)

HOURS

Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
