For those of you following along at home - here's a dandy that will start the week off on a high note! Standby, as more info will be coming soon on how to add some flair.

Warmup

AMRAP 5

1 Flight of Stairs (Up and Down)

10 Pushups with hands on step 2 or 3

*Couch Stretch for 2 Minutes per Leg

WOD

2-4-6-8-10

Rear Leg Lunges (each leg)

Burpees

Rest 2:00

Repeat for 3 Total Rounds

Post total time in Facebook Members' Group.

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
