Beginners are always welcome!

We know it can be intimidating to go to a CrossFit gym for the first time. People worry if they will fit in, they wonder if total beginners even workout here? And the answer is YES! We have the nicest staff of trainers and the nicest group of members. Everyone will welcome you and help you because we ALL were beginners once! The hardest part is taking that first step by calling us, texting us or coming in, but you will be so glad you did, because we make getting healthy easy!

 

We welcome and encourage everyone who wants to try CrossFit. In fact we specialize in quality instruction and personal attention. The trainers at CrossFit Norwalk will show you how to do the workouts at your own pace. When you come to CrossFit Norwalk it’s easier to be successful because you’re not doing it on your own. Trainers are with you every step of the way and that is why you will get results fast. 

 

 There are 3 ways to get started!

 

  1.   Sign up for our 6 Week Beginner's Program. This program meets 3 times a week on Mon/Tues/Thurs at 9:30am (babysitting available during this class) or 5:30pm.  Ask us about other available times!

  2.  Sign up for our Fundamentals Program. Three private 1-hour sessions that can be scheduled at your convenience.
         This is the MOST POPULAR option!

  3.  Personal Training Option: Not ready for classes? We specialize in personal training for men & women at all levels.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
